If we have sent you the wrong item or it arrives damaged I am happy to cover the cost of you returning it and sending out the replacement. Please ensure that it is returned well packaged & in a resaleable condition.

If when you receive your order, you have changed your mind about any of the products, please let me know. We are happy to exchange them for another product or to issue you with a credit note on. Items must be returned at your expense, well packaged and in a resaleable condition before replacement is sent. 

Yarns are sent well packed in a plastic mail bag to protect them from mishaps and weather while on their journey to you.

I aim to dispatch next working day, this is relient on weather, ferries & mail planes but if there is going to be a delay at this end I will let you know.

I send all of my parcels via Royal Mail,  for the UK and for Europe & rest of the world I use International Tracked & Signed for, the cost is dependant on the parcel weight.
