We are now producing our own Mutton meat boxes and
gluten free sausages & sassermaet please order below.

Our sheep are  born and raised on the westside of Shetland & then taken by us on a short journey to Lerwick.

We are lucky enough to have our own abattoir with a small team of amazing staff who care for and about the sheep that they are responsible for, they are also crofters themselves.  This means short travel time & minimal stress to the sheep.

We believe that nothing shoud be wasted & because of that, along side our wools, we are going to be producing sheep skin rugs & horn buttons.

We are very pleased to be working with a local butcher who will process the meat for us & make  us gluten free sausages & sassermaet. He also believes in minimal waste & any parts of the sheep that are not used in the meat boxes or sausages etc do not go to waste but are used to make pet food & baked pet treats. This is important to us and him, it is respectfully to the animal to ensure that we use as much as possible &  it means that we can offer you better value because there are little or no disposal costs to offset
